How Timber & Tide handles the information you send us.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, location and equipment details you provide. We also record how you arrived at this site (the search or ad campaign, referring page and landing page) so we can understand which marketing is working.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule a pickup, and produce the disposal documentation associated with your job. Attribution data is used only to measure our own advertising.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask to join. We do not share your details with third parties except where required to perform the service you requested, or where required by law.
Client data on equipment
Data found on equipment we collect is treated as confidential and is destroyed as part of the service. We do not access, copy, retain or review the contents of client storage media beyond what is required to verify sanitization.
Retention
Quote requests are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Certificates of Data Destruction are retained for three years. You can ask us to delete your contact record at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site stores campaign attribution in your browser's session storage. It is cleared when you close the tab and is not used for cross-site tracking or advertising profiles.
